Snails cooked with Granny Charlotte’s butter and chopped parsley
Ingredients for 10 dozens of snails
500g butter.
0,060g parsley
0.030g garlic
0.015g shallot
0.015g salt
2 pinches of pepper
Preheat your oven (220°)
Chop the parsley; the garlic and the shallots. Mix it with the butter, the salt and the pepper.
Put each snail in a shell.
Fill up each shell with prepared butter
Put the snails in the oven.
Cook until the butter comes to the boil and serve it while it is still hot.
