In the restaurant l’Escargot, in the centre of Dijon (21, Côte d’Or, Burgundy) you are welcome to discover or rediscover a traditional cuisine as well as several Burgundian specialities such as snails cooked with Granny Charlotte’s butter and chopped parsley, cheese fondue with Epoisses, the wine grower’s cheese on toasted gingerbread or the salmon goujonnettes with aligoté. These traditional or Burgundian specialities are cooked daily with fresh products from the market.
In the kitchen, Gilles –with a wealth of experience behind him- will know how to tickle your taste bud. And in the dining-room, Carmen will welcome you with open arms so that you can spend an agreable moment with both of them.
